In the days before 2016, my purpose was clear. To foster authentic, informative, and mutually enriching connections was my personal creed. I consider myself profoundly fortunate to have transformed this belief into a livelihood. Today, as the steward of three organizations I birthed — Apados Education, a beacon for at-risk youth; Grapevine Foundation, nurturing artistic expression; and Cogent Consulting, a sanctuary for communication excellence — I hold the conviction that true mastery lies in wielding a diverse arsenal of skills. Each venture provides me with the means to serve my community’s needs and seize opportunities that may arise.
It’s now 2023 and I am penning this from South Africa – a whole new world is waiting to reveal the beauty of humanity not only to me but in me.
Amazing, in the span of a few years, how much can change if you are open. Travel, a faithful companion, has stretched my understanding and mended my spirit in ways that defy explanation. While my dedication to communication remains unwavering, it has evolved into a new calling — a commitment to teaching others the art of self-expression and connection. I give much credit to residing amidst the vibrant tapestry of Southeast Asia which offered me a fresh lens through which to view the world, and most profoundly, myself.
This journey called healing, continues to unfold, carrying with it the wisdom of countless experiences. It is my hope to guide others towards unearthing hidden facets of themselves or rekindling forgotten passions buried deep within their soul.

Sabbath Let’s Keep It
Rest is an essential aspect of our existence, a gift meant for each of us to embrace as part of our daily lives. It is a fundamental element of my own spiritual care routine. Often, when the term “Sabbath” is mentioned, it may conjure thoughts of legalism and restrictions. However, it is important to recognize that this understanding falls far from the true intention of our Creator when He established this sacred day.
